I have no idea how this place is still in business. I don't eat Wendy's much at all, but thought this location was the bomb because the line always reaches the street. I decided to go one day because I really wanted a salad and I was pleasantly surprised that there was only one car in line! When I got to the speaker, the cashier told me to hold. I was there for 20 minutes holding, how? There was no one in front of me. By this time the line was back out to the street. I could see the cashier was just sitting there at the window watching something going on inside. Finally, she took my order. When I got to the window, I realized the employees were arguing with each other. I was at these two windows for another 15 minutes while they kept arguing. The person who shoved the food in my hand didn't look at or say anything to me. When I got home and opened the salad, the lettuce was wilted and the chicken smelled so rotten I gagged. Everyone else I know who has visited this location has had horrible experiences every time. They need a complete overhaul of management and staff.

clean and well occupied, but when I came in, the staff was short when the person who took orders and circumvented with money, also that was a baggage. I didn't want to put an order for a meal first, but after waiting for 30 minutes to do my order, insider help began to come and the flow changed. the author has taken over only commands, the other staff has managed the rest, even the manager stepped in to pack the food. sitting area was clean, but we all ordered in the line then left.

Bad experience. Staff was not polite and the drive through girl has a real rude attitude problrm. Her fake nails are also against FDA laws on fake nails in fast food industry as well as against Wendy's policy. Someone should really look into that from corporate and look into the many bad reviews this place has. I guess my experience is good compared to some of the reviews I read.

Got my order wrong several times in a row. They won't answer the phone. Filled out an online form and no response. This used to be a great location but as of late it's TERRIBLE. And they could care less.
