Wendy's - Table reservation

I live in the neighborhood. They lived here for about 8 months. I might come once a month. Every time I come, I experience someone with a bad setting on the drive thru. Finally, on the 2/6/23, I pulled onto the drive thru and put there for 3 to 4 minutes on the drive thru loudspeaker and nobody even welcomed me until I said “Hello”, and then she said “go before your order.” I told myself I won't come. That was the last time.

I've been to this location a few times in the past few weeks (for lunch break) to order me my usual bacon cheeseburger and I just wanted to give the cooks and staff kudos for their quick service, friendliness, and for being one of the few restaurants that knows how to perfectly cook some bacon. Thank you and keep doing whatever y'all are doing.

After I sat in the line for over 12 minutes, I disappeared. Then came home to see that my order was not repaired, as asked. They called to notify the manager and finally after an hour of call they answered to say we answer not unknown callers and bring the order back to them... Food: 1/5

I tried to dive. It should be open, but not. It was 9:30. Who is not open until then. Service: 1/5

Loveeee the southwest salad!!! Always so yummy delicious filling! Love this location yassss
