Bone shakingly slow. Legit. If this was the same speed of service in Scarborough or Markham, a violent fight would've broken out. This place is severely understaffed and prioritize drive thru while leaving the inside customers standing there. It takes the person at least 5 8 minutes to GET the order from one customer, and another 3 5 to put together the order. I've seen faster service at a HK cafe to be completely honest. And to be fair it's not 100% their fault... some customers are so slow with their answers and reactions, i wonder if it is their first time ever ordering at a fast food joint. The only good thing is the food quality is always consistent and fresh and the special coke machine is the best with all the speciality drinks! Wendy's Newmarket HIRE MORE STAFF AND PUT IN ANOTHER TILL!

I went to the place of wendy to eat for my family. While I expected that the service is slow, what I did not expect was to watch who I suspect is a manager or supervisor who only screamed frustrating to the other staff. this lady is older with a tattoo on the left side of her neck. this environment is not pleasant to sit and if I would bring my children to this place, I would not stay to eat. I propose a kind of customer service/sensitivity training. it was very uncomfortable to be close to this lady, let alone I cannot imagine how it would be to work with her. everyone has bad days, seems that this lady has a bad day every day.

We sat in the drive thru with no one else in line and waited for 15 minutes to be served. And even after all of that they didnt include our ordered and paid for chicken nuggets, gave us fries we didn’t order, and messed up our sauces. They didn’t even apologize for the delay, we thought it would be a quick way to get dinner before our scheduled appointments for the evening, guess we were terribly mistaken. Very poor service.

Worst drive thru service in Newmarket. Always extremely short staffed. It is not uncommon to wait 20-30 minutes or more in the drive thru lane to order get your food. If you order on the mobile app and prepay you can't even leave the drive thru line after waiting for ages. When you politely mention the long wait the staff snaps at you. So bad.
