Update: My card info was stolen here, DO NOT GO HERE! Though I realize they are in the middle of a remodel I still expect decent food. The cashier was clearly new so his coworkers should have helped him a bit more, but that's not my gripe with the place. My chicken was stale/Luke warm, fries were not what I would call fresh by any means, and the fries had an off taste like the oil hadn't been changed in a bit. Service wasn't very quick and the person in front of us had a total that was less than ours so I'm not sure what kind of slack I can really give these guys. I've worked food service and still love cooking and the food/resteraunt industry. I may go back on a better day as today was labor day so I will chalk up my poor experience to new staff, hectic work conditions due to the remodel, and what I would assume is an understaffed shift due to it being 7pm on labor day. I'll update my review after my next visit, hopefully to add a couple stars because I love Wendy's but I can't say this experience is one I'd like to remember when I think of their food.
Been going to this Wendy's for 13 years. They have always been bad, but they are the worst it's ever been. In the last 3 times I've been there in the past month, every order had something wrong. It's a completely ridiculous, it doesn't matter how busy it is or if you're the only person going through the drive through. There is something seriously wrong with this Wendys and the people who manage and work there. Something needs to be done. They are one step away from just taking a poo on a bin and giving it to you
If I could give zero stars I would, the food wasn’t really hot. My husband got the wrong order. They gave him spicy nuggets then more or less blamed him saying that we should’ve told him he had a food allergy. You’re not supposed to have spicy nuggets on the five dollar thing also in the women’s bathroom, there is mold on the wall and seen roaches, crawling around the Menu sign on the inside of the store
Terrible, they messed my sandwich up twice, first they didnt give me one then they gave me a chicken one instead of my burger. Mine and my friends fries were cold and his chicken in the chicken wrap was so dry I wouldn't feed it to my dog
