Very good restaurant in the middle of Hotel Munte. The beginning was the greeting from the kitchen, in the form of a salmon statue on sea foam. Overall a successful combination with a balanced sharpness. As an appetizer, the Carpaccio from the calfs fillet in herbal coat with grilled gamba and shrub tomatoes jam. Gamba was a bit above the point. They shrub tomatoes jam is very fruity and all in all grandiose. Unfortunately, this somewhat overtones the own taste of the calf fillet. As the main course then the grilled wolf bass with jagged fennel and organic*tubes on risotto made of organic*Carnaroli rice with oranges. The Risotto was perfect and the orange taste is perfectly matched. The Wolfsbarsch came to the table at the place. Only the carrot fried vegetables looked a little pale against Risotto and Barsch. All in all, you get what you expect from ambience, price and map and a little more. Because the shrub tomato jam and the orange risotto are really surprising and good. Incomprehensible is why there is an evaluation with only one star and not even an explanation.
