Finally got here after seeing it for years! My wife had the salmon, and I had the Jagerschitzel which was delicious! The owner seated us and the service was excellent. We can't wait to go back! UPDATE: April 30 2021. We went for the lunch Price Fixe menu today and once again the food was terrific. I had the chicken parm and my wife had the salmon again. Gotta go back again real soon! UPDATE: A friend and I went for lunch, and once again the food and service was terrific. I had the sliced roast beef and mashed potatoes, and he had a chicken ceaser salad that was huge!
Owner is a racist and couldn't have less class. When politely asking if they could accommodate me and my friend for a late dinner, he responded with “You’re Italian? Why don’t you go grab something at Dunkin Donuts.” Im half Irish… Anyway, best of luck. You’re gonna need it with all those mice traps I saw when I peeked in the kitchen.
Tried the Sauerbraten with Red Cabbage . . . quite unusual to find such a dish in the US but it was excellent . . . and the atmosphere for a semi-formal dinner with friends and family is also excellent . . . If I ever find myself in this area again, this will be our meeting place for drinks family meals . . .
We were greeted by the owner and we felt super welcome. The atmosphere is amazing! The food is spectacular and the service is top notch. Highly recommend. Will be back soon.
