Were there a few days ago to celebrate Christmas with our 18-headed family and were disappointed. When we reserved for an extra separate room asked us was confirmed that he would be free, but then we were there we learned that we should not use a table as another family would come to it. In retrospect, a table was quickly tried to clear a table in the separate room, i.e. we were taken a table and chairs. When someone was gonna get something to eat, they wanted to take the chairs. Also little buffet selection for 21.90 we paid P.p.
We stayed there on December 26 with the family for dinner. The warm buffet was lukewarm and on Mongolengrill it took an eternity to get his plate back. The staff was little motivated. Bad organized food: 3 Service: 2 atmosphere: 3
Food lukewarm, surgery seemed unmotivated. In all, later, there were errors in the bill. Very disappointing.
