Unexpected, in the middle of the forest, a few hundred meters away from the road, via a gravel road you get to the Waldschänke, an oasis of calm and simplicity. You sit on wooden benches or beer benches under a large pavillion tent or between trees in the green. The gastronomic offer is manageable, but homemade and delicious. It's very good to let the soul go.
It was a very beautiful day at the Dreiherrnstein. The operators are very generous, also like to organize festivities with music bands for all guests and also offer food such as drinks. Thuringian cuisine as I like it. Motorbikes like to be seen. Thanks to the team.
Good food. Idyllic, you have your rest! We like to be there. Lots of forest, no street noise. Only to recommend. Next so!!!!
