This Waffle House was pretty busy with people coming in and out for their food. The tables were busy too. We dined in, but the was some kind of issue with who was supposed to serve our table, but a young man got our drink order. We sat there for a while and were about to walk out when the young man smilingly came back to our table to take our orders. We later found out that someone else was supposed to be our server. Our food came quickly. The bacon still had fat on it, but the grits, eggs, and toast were good. The coffee was very flavorful and hot.
disappointing! I hadn't had this for years....so I decided to stop during my trip to Georgia and not definitiw what I expected. I went to three (3) different places close and they have either finished the dining room, then another one was the line for so long for ordering that I decided to wait after 20mts....and on my third, I sat on the bar, order, but waiter was so stressful ordering for the tour, calling and ordering to answer so that my eating separately and not with the quality I remembered to come back.
Not bad, not exactly liking the new carry out only practice but they seem to be handling it. Overall nice experience.
Everyone was very cordial. Food was fast and made correctly. Even extra-well cooked the hashbrowns correctly.
