The good: ordering was easy.The bad: I just received my order of “linzer torte” cookies and they are disappointing and tasteless. They are definitely not made from scratch or are authenticate. The filling is almost nonexistent. These cookies taste worse than store bought cookies. I have had better Pepperidge Farm cookies than Vienna’s cookies. I will never order from this company again. It was a waste of money.
*I have been here a few times I always get ignored this is definitely the last visit here. The place is dirty and the service is no where near good , i called the person whom answered was ridiculously rude ,I will never order from this place I don't reccomend this place at all !!!!never, ever coming back to a place whose staff has NO RESPECT to its customers ,NEVER!!!’ Zero stars ….
This cookie company is absolutely amazing!!! I order and have them shipped to Idaho. These cookies make wonderful gifts and the quality is excellent along with the packaging the cookies come in. Very high quality. The owner and staff are amazing. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the US. THESE COOKIES AND CAKES ARE AMAZING!!!!! ?
the worst experience I ever had when I could give it 0 stars, I would never recommend against i DON’T, and I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this deserves a reward. This is horrible! their hours are completely out, I guess they open and close when they feel like very bad customer service.
