We visited for lunch today knowing nothing about this restaurant or O’Grove and were pleasantly surprised by both. The waiter was friendly and we both chose two courses from the dish of the day menus which were excellent value at 9 euros including bread and a drink. It soon filled up with locals and when we left most tables were in use which is a good recommendation for a Monday! Fish is featured heavily as it is right on the coast but other dishes were on the menu of the day.
This looks fairly ordinary from the outside. Go in! As with many places in provincial Spain, you go through a rather scruffy bar area to the proper eating section in the back. This is a deep restaurant with lots of tables. Family-run, telly on, delightful service and wonderful food for very good prices. Well worth a visit. The kitchen is visible from the restaurant and it is a busy, cheerful place to have a quick lunch. Muchisimas gracias a nuestra camarera tan simpática !
The employee 's are very nice. The food is fresh, tasty, presented in the best way. The prices are good according to the quality of food. They have dishes of the day but also a la carte . I went there several times and return everytime if possible.
The line to this restaurant is never ending. People waiting for their table even 30 min. Food is very good and menu of the day is only 9 eur! And you are full after ;)really recommended and worth it a visit.
