Veniero's Pasticceria Caffe

Old school Italian bakery and cafe. I think the atmosphere justifies coming here at least once. We shared a slice of ricotta cheesecake, a cannoli, a chocolate eclair, and some butter cookies. The butter cookies were by far my favorite. I'd probably rate them five stars based on the cookies alone. Eclair and and cannoli were good too, but the cookies just hit the right spot for me. I wasn't a big fan of the ricotta cheesecake. I guess I'm on team cream cheese cheesecake now. Line had a handful of parties but moved quickly. They had a spacious, gender neutral, and handicap accessible restroom.

The pastries were soooooo delicious at Venieros! The sweetness was just right! I loveddddd the fruit tarts. They all tasted better than any tart I’ve had in my life. The rainbow cookies were to die for! The service was impeccable, super friendly. I also loved the ambiance. It was clean, the environment felt safe and I can’t wait to return.

I have been visiting Veniero's for almost 40 years. Their pastries are always fresh and made from quality ingredients. Their minis are a great way to try a few treats. Sheer decadence! There is no better way to warm up on a chilly NYC day than to stop in for sweets and awesome coffee and cappuccino.

This place has so many pastries cakes, and sherbet Ice cream. The mini pastries and nice bites sized and you can order a few of them to try different ones. They even have full size cakes and they can cater to parties.

One of a kind, a truly great Italian pastry shop. So much is so good it's hard to know what to recommend.
