I had the vegan ramen and it was extremely delicious. My boyfriend had the spicy tonkotsu ramen and said it was the best ramen outside of Japan that he has ever eaten. My tip for the vegan ramen: order additional tofu and seaweed as toppings. The waitress was super nice and immediately addressed my questions regarding vegan options. Perfect food, perfect service, always happy to come back.
