Vapiano - Table reservation

When you arrive, the restaurant gives you a card to use on the touch screen when you order food or drinks. It's all "get your own."The food is cooked when you order (in front of you). It was about four minutes between ordering and getting a pleasant spaghetti alio e oglio. That was pretty tasty, but the spaghetti tended to stick in a lump, despite the quantity of olive oil in the dish. That is a remake, not complaint - I think they use quick cooking spaghetti to speed the food delivery.The restaurant is spacious, mostly bar stool seating in the main area. Live olive trees add a touch of Italian to the decor as do the quotes on the boards.When you order, you must be in the right spot: don't go to Pasta and order salad.And if you are going home by bus, those are twenty metres away in the square.

Since it is at a shopping mall (Forum Hanau) you can easily park your car and access to Vapiano. Fresh and quick food at a reasonable price and in a good atmosphere. You are neither in a fast food chain nor in a restaurant. All the staff are customer friendly and helpfull. Even good to have a coffe break.
