Short version: Probably the worst restaurant I went to. I'm not used to leaving such critical comments, but this time, impossible to make the impasse. It looks more like a very poor Chinese buffet than a Japanese restaurant. Too bad not to be able to put a lower grade. Friends of Japanese cuisine connoisseurs, I invite you to try the MEV in front of the Mulhouse Zoo. This restaurant is in my opinion the best in the area. We ate at 3 for the same price as tonight at 2 in this move. You would eat more and better for the same price ... especially you can eat ^ ^ For a little more details: On arrival, although the restaurant is almost empty we settle on a rikiki table, close to the others (Hello the rules of distanciation) Then, pleasant surprise the menu starts by explaining that the restaurant does not offer sweet soy sauce. This one doesn't exist in Japan, it was good for us. What a pleasure to see that the restaurant offers to serve the Ramens. I love it and I haven't eaten it in chandeliers. The pleasure stopped here. Salad served with the soup menu was a simple bunch of green salad without presentation and bathed in a very sweet seasoning. The Gyozas didn't seem fresh. Very fat, oily, hard and also covered with sugar. The maki california, still very sweet, would have been said a mixture of mayonnaise and sugar rice. The summum was the arrival of the soup. I can't take more than one spoon. The same very sweet soy sauce inside. First time of my life I see a sweet soup... and very sweet. Insipid noodles, glued that didn't seem fresh at all. Just five minutes after I got my soup, we were at the crate. However, we did not tell the couple who manages the restaurant when they asked us if everything had gone well. Nothing says no, even if there was a lot to say. But it would not have been correct to humiliate them so in the eyes of the young boy present to their side. We didn't finish our plates and I didn't touch that soup. The only thing I could eat without thinking about was ginger brooms. I really have trouble understanding the laïus on the menu about the sweet soy sauce to then serve sugar with rice and fish. They think they're making fun of the client.

Nice welcome, salad with excellent sesame and very good sushi, my husband has taken a dish of chicken with vegetables and pasta also very good. It's been three times that we're going to this restaurant and we're always happy I can only recommend it and I'll go back. After the meal the boss took the time to chat with us.

A real delight, gyozas with vegetables to fall! And chicken udon pasta too. It is fresh and cooked at the minute because a short waiting time attests to quality. Very nice boss who cares about whether we ate well. I recommend it, I will return with great pleasure! Thank you for that moment.

We didn't appreciate it while we were sushi fanatics, makis, sashimi. We see that managers seek profit and make the minimum for exaggerated prices. We have experienced excellence for far lower prices. We even feared food poisoning...
