three Sundays ago I called this restaurant at 12:15 for a delivery of the burgers for us and our friends .. they told us that the delivery service was already finished!!! . it offered us either to eat on site or to take away. decu but always with the intention of making a first experience with this concept we went down by car we arrived at 1:45 .. there were two clients at the table and a group of three young people in front of us but no signs of life at the counter. the young people in front of us assured us that the burgers were good and waiting. a 14h05 the chef pulled his head out of the kitchen and announced us without any excuses that the service stopped at 14h00 .. I was extremely happy and announced that I would never come back to his home again... he pushed back "well it makes me feel better!".. Here is our first and last experience at urbun!!! I strongly urge others to try this restaurant
order passed at 8:50. after 1h30 still no delivery, 6 call attempts without any response, an order confirmation email, order that never arrived and no interlocutor. do not simply attempt to ineligible
