absolutely essential if you are in the area. they have the typical menu of sidreria but you can also eat an excellent fish plus a smaller chuleton if you want to try everything. In our case, marta and I (bilbao and malaga) ate a San pedro (only north or hard to find in the south) and a small chuleton. both made of coal on the same site and with spectacular quality and flavor. wines at very reasonable prices. They went, the owner, treated us in a very nice way and gave us the precise information about what to eat and how much. Congratulations on your sidrería because it's worth it without a doubt. If I have a chance, I'll be back.
We didn't know the place, they made us a place to eat because they were full. I'm a great professional. handles very well the grill and the cooking points both of meat and fish, of which also has quite variety and size of the pieces, highly recommended and at joto price. When we get back to euskadi we'll definitely come back
