Uniko Takeaway - Table reservation

I love the food at Uniko. I've been a customer for years. I've ordered food twice now from this new branch, Uniko 2, and both times it has arrived over two hours later, cold and congealed. I have been forced to call multiple times, and they just keep lying about what is going on with the food. It is bizarre. I ordered the food this last time exactly at 20:00, when they opened, and it arrived after 22:00. The worst part is that they told me it would take half an hour when I first called. An hour later, when I called, they said it would take ANOTHER half an hour. Then when I called at THAT time, they told me the driver left twenty minutes ago with the food. I live eight minutes from the restaurant. Then ten minutes after THAT when I called, they told me the driver left 15 minutes ago from the restaurant. So obviously, they're either lying, or there's a time warp inside the restaurant. Ten minutes after THAT, when I called, they told me the driver was stuck in bad traffic. Again, I live eight minutes from the restaurant, and I looked outside... where there was no traffic obviously). Ten minutes after THAT, while I was in the midst of calling AGAIN, the food arrived. Unsurprisingly, cold. To add insult to injury, the soup dumplings were all but devoid of soup. I'm aware that there are meant to be three strikes, but this is the second time this has happened last time, same story, only with missing items as well), and I'm done. Tasty food that doesn't arrive tasty, and way way way later than it is supposed to just isn't worth the trouble. Sorry to say, I don't recommend you waste your time. :
