I live in this town, and I have been to this place many times, ever since it opened. It has been a few years, though, since going last night. It was pretty empty at about 6 o'clock when we arrived. When we left it was full. As with most restaurants, the prices have gone up. I would say the serving size has gone down. The miso soup is still delicious. They used to have spicy chicken teriyaki but now they only have regular. I asked for Sriracha. I was charged $1.50 for it on the bill. That is comical and sad.. It's like ketchup! Edited: I really appreciate the response from the owner, and I had no idea about the cost of Sriracha!
A small roadside restaurant with a lively and friendly atmosphere in Windsor. Bamboo surrounds the outside patio and despite the automobile noise is quite cozy and pleasant. The service was incredibly friendly and the food was well prepared. Babies and toddlers are welcome and the customers were friendly. I’m going back. This is the best sushi spot in Sonoma county. They’re on the higher end on pricing, but it’s definitely worth it! The sushi is made perfectly, and the sauces are all home made. Even the tofu deserves recognition, it’s that good.
