one of the worst Japanese bars/restaurants I was in. service is the only reason I gave them 1 star. 1. order spicy garlic edamame as appetizer. the edamame came like burned, is because was burned, above they added this mixture of garlic/chili pfeffer powder to the already dry and burned edamame. I should have taken a picture. it was just 1 and it was as bad as frozen/fired. said that you can take this away. he probably didn't understand me because he left it there. 2. ordered their famous umaya ramen there was no textur or any presentation that really looked like the pictures from the menu, they placed a thin plastic spoon on top, I think they thought that white guy, alone looks somehow distracted, we give him our left overs). the noodles were good, although the amount was not even the half of the bowl, the broth tasted good, I think the best part was the boiled egg, but when I was looking for the pork tonnkotsu I was impressed. if they have seen gordon ramsey from one of his episodes, where he is his meal a pigeon in the table, it was almost the same, this tonkotsu was frozen and I am sure that they simply defroze it in the microwave and throw it off in the ramen. If I had eaten, I could be sick in less than 1 hour. Now I remember the reason why I prefer to cook at my place. It's little pricy but yummy looks like they're testing robot servers. Interesting. Nice shopping center, a lot of food. I came here with my daughter-in-law recommendation. I recommend everyone.
