Save your time, your appetite, and your money by going somewhere else- anywhere else. There was only one other couple in the restaurant yet it still took 35 minutes to serve the worst lobster rolls I’ve ever had in my life. They were rubbery and tasted a week old. You’re forced to buy two at a time and can’t choose 1 hit or 1 cold. Bathrooms were disgusting and it was overall a bad experience- wish I could get my precious minutes of vacation back and money. I don’t post often but this experience drove me to post.

Snack shake is extremely overpriced and not worth the money. The cashier incorrectly rung me up, and only when I said that seems like a lot, he realized his math (old style calculator) was $20 off. The food took 40 minutes-mind you it's not a sit down place, so there's no way a snack bar should take 40 minutes for a tuna sandwich and shrimp tacos to take that long. It was $70 for 2 items at a place with very slow service and outdated POS systems.

Very disheartened by our last experience at Tully's. We ordered the steamers and they were so so sandy but I ate them anyway until I got to one and as I picked it up I realized it was filled with swampy mud! So absolutely disgusting I almost puked. Then when we bit into our soft shell crab sandwich and the shell was actually developed/hard tasted like biting into fingernails. So sad. Won't be going back.

Really nice staff and you get double the amount of food compared to other places. Had the lobster rolls and they came with waffle fries so what’s not to love
