We had an excellent stay at Hotel Crystal. It is well situated in town, close to the lifts, bus, and bahnhof. Rooms were clean, linens and towels changed daily. The two sisters managing Crystal now are like B&B hosts; very accommodating, always available, and patient with questions. The hotel restaurant is rated highly with locals. Very friendly staff. Will stay again on next visit.
Fantastic hotel in the center of Engelberg. Can’t recommend it highly enough, spotlessly clean, warm and extremely and caring staff. Dinner in restaurant was good. Rooms comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
