I visited this location last week and have been struggling with a hacker using my TS account every day since.I've reported it twice a day because I feel completely violated with all my data and financial information.I need a HUMAN RESPONSE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. I'll replace this review immediately after this gets resolved. I'm hoping someone in a management position sees this and can actually help. I'm exhausted all the toll free numbers and emails I can muster.
Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had and they were completely under staffed. Took 45 mins for me to get my order in, and get the stuff I ordered. In that time I’ve seen 4 people leave not because there was a line but because it took forever to get the cashier to put in the order while also trying to fulfill the orders on her screen. And to make the situation worst I waited all this time just to get the wrong wrap. ?
Usually love this place but today it was unbearably hot in the restaurant, the workers were sweating and I was unable to enjoy sitting down as I planned. They need to close for the day and figure out the AC to make it comfortable for patrons to dine in again.
