visited with the family on a Saturday evening. Despite thinking the timing would be a part, the service was brilliant. I ordered speck and black pudding stack as a change made me really appreciate black pudding as it was great. Despite eating, the top note is, the attention and friendliness of the staff remains to me. the guinness came with a shamrock. result.
absolutely fabulous eating. service was also amazing. the manager couldn't help us. stay on the local glamping site with a short walk to the pub. I would definitely drive from my home in liverpool, only for one of those wonderful meals. we went on a Saturday night and then we loved it so much that we booked for Sunday roasts.
excellent eating though we found the portions to be quite large. if they have a good appetit, this would be great if there could not be much waste. beautiful pub with comfortable environment and friendly and efficient service would definitely visit again.
