We ordered Spaghetti alla puttanesca and Spaghetti with garlic prawns. In both instances the pasta was over cooked, the puttanesca we decided to return as it was over cooked, too much sauce and far to hot. The replacement dish was not much better, the pasta was again over cooked, to much sauce and very hot. When the bill came the waiter insisted the chef said the food was correct and suggested we pay. To not cause a scene we paid, thanked the waiter for the service and left. If an Italian resturant can not prepare basics pasta dishes I suggest you give it a miss or were we just unlucky? On the Friday we visited Restaurante Cantonet and the pasta was amazing …. Your choice … enjoy.

It’s slightly off the beaten track, about 5 minutes from the main square, but it’s well worth a visit. The menu is predominantly Italian with lots of great pasta and pizza options. My wife, who doesn’t eat meat and often struggles to find anywhere with a good selection, was spoilt for choice, as there were loads of veggie and fish dishes. The garden is very charming and there seemed to be lots of tables inside. You definitely need to book to be guaranteed a table.

Nice seating in the garden area and quite atmospheric. Food and service was acceptable but not outstanding. Great place for a pizza and a glass of wine. Absolutely ok, but that's it!

I don't understand why this place has no more ratings, because it is a real gem that I came here on a Friday evening with a group of 6 people and we.

unless they know they're here, they can't find it. it is a kind of tucktaway between small roads in the opposite, but many good.
