Trapbachi - Table reservation

I’m all about supporting BOB. This was my second time there. The first time, I noticed that the chicken was super dry and lacked flavor. The yum yum sauce help out a little. I ate the rice, but couldn’t really enjoy the chicken. This time around, I mentioned my last experience to the young man who took my order and asked if they could watch the cook on the chicken. Also, I asked about an alternative like thigh pieces instead of breast. There was no alternative. After spending $25, I took my plate home and sat down to enjoy it. I could not. The chicken was dry (again) and unseasoned. I feel like I wasted my money. Pro tip/ use chicken thighs instead of breast. They stay moist longer. Also, use a thermometer when cooking chicken breast.

The food was tasty and the wait was around 40 minutes to wait for our meals to come up. It is best to place the order ahead of time. We would have eaten in but it was not set up for that. I was told it was coming soon. Next time I will try the chicken. I had the salmon it was a bit salty, the other meal was salmon and steak. They ate every last piece of the steak so I am guessing it was to his liking.

Order ahead of time and you will be golden. I have tried multiple dishes here and the food has always been amazing!!! Super delicious. Staff is friendly and they are working on adding a dine in section to the place. Even the dessert is a must

It took foreeeever they need more cooks, place smells, unorganized and dirty. Makes it sceptical to eat the food. Chicken was very chewy. Wont come again and dont recommend

The hibachi chicken was DELICIOUS as always!Vegetarian options: The Vegetarian hibachi is a great option!
