Toscana Italiano

I was pretty underwhelmed with the dinner. We hadn’t been to Toscana in several years but I remember it being a special date night place to go. The outside atmosphere was really nice, despite me being bitten by a few mosquitoes. However, the food was good but nothing incredibly special. We ordered the raviolis and the sauce was a little bland while the Penne with shrimp was better. I think if you are going strictly for the atmosphere, it’s a winner. However, in my opinion, there are many other great Italian restaurants in the area where the food really shines

Toscana continues to be the go to for fine Italian Dining in Charlotte. The service delivered is fist class/outstanding/attentive and not rushed at all. The food is of the highest quality, fresher pasta and seafood. Chafik, Ginger provide a excellent dining experience and make dinner seem like a family get together. Keep up the great work

I always enjoy Toscana however this time I tried a new dish and I wouldn't order it again. It wasn't quite what I expected
