What a shame that the ambience in the spa area is ruined by foul mouthed guests with no respect to others who drink far too much in the hot tubs with no respect for others The WOWCHER deals need to stop to improve the clientele and to maintain 4 stars of the hotel. It is a shame as a member that to be able to enjoy the facilities at a weekend is very limited. I do speak for others. I have been a member for 20 years and this is just getting worse.Please listen to the members Location: 4
Great setting for a hotel. It definitely felt like a hotel who wanted to treat their customers correctly. Would stay again whether on business or not. Rooms: The rooms are very nice and the coffee machine with hot chocolate pods did not go unused. Really comfy beds as well. Amazing night away with the wife. As soon as we walked into reception, we felt welcomed. The room was amazing. We had an evening meal in the terrace where the live music was which was decent along with the food. Spa was just as described, and we will definitely be back. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
