really neat dining experience in the heart of the inner city of glasgow. the restaurant is accessible through the side entrance of the church, which houses it, and offers a lot of sitting facilities conveniently distributed over the dining room area (the church ship . the menu offers above all suppening with brot, scones and a series of further desserts as well as coffee. I ordered a skorn with saw, and my friend ordered tee as well as a skorn. the service here was amazing and very fast, with friendly staff, and my scoone was great (vanilla scone . also the pech of my friend was good (pumpkin, sunflower cut, but it was not almost as good as the one I had ordered, and the tee was also quite decent. Moreover, I should point out that the cream was a very good movement, as it was excellent, and that the skorones come with their own small glass gel, that is very good and tastes fresh. other nice things included an accessible toilet room on the back of the church, and the inner felt warm, but also beautiful and airy. the small weights I have are that the restaurant has no menus that they hand over to them, and they must be close to the beginning to look over the menu and the order that can be a problem when people get into the restaurant or if it becomes more business. other than that, a great experience (and they have strong Wi-Fi with a code on the menu at the front!

Amazing and varied homemade soups, scones and cakes, all on offer on a daily basis. Today I had Moroccan chicken soup with a treacle scone....strange mixture, I know, however, treacle scones are such a rarity these days and it was delicious. The cafe is now table service and staff are so friendly and engage with you when , first, they bring a bottle of water and glasses to your table. Love the sharing of tables, especially encouraged when it's busy.....which is most days over lunch period. When paying, consider a donation to allow a homeless person some nourishing food. Once visited, defy you not to revisit, it's so worth it.

the best scones in glasgow. large service professionally guided and friendly helpful staff. also their suppers are excellent. beautiful bright venue and the toilets are always carefully clean. I always have my cuppa here when in the city and always donate coffee for the homeless. I'll give my friends the olive tree as if they visit glassgow.
