"A cracking little place! Ridiculously good prices, friendly staff, good entertainment. A very decent, and charming, old school type of pub!"

Well where to start, chavy pub full of people swearing abusively in loud voices in front of our kids. The barman kept disappearing out this door and with no cameras around the front I was sure he can't of have been the owner, a resident arrived to complain about the noise levels of the music being played around the back. Unfortunately the barman was somewhere else so by the time he had come back there was now two more people waiting for him to have there say about the noise levels as well as the additional monkeys that wanted another beer. Just avoid this pub at all costs for your own sake!!

Oh my goodness what a horrible place to have a drink. I was visiting friends in Eastbourne and we came across The Windsor Tavern and decided to stop and have a drink there. The atmosphere was awful, we weren 't made to feel welcome, infact we felt very unwelcome. It seemed it was clearly a pub for local residents. At on point the landlady used the tannoy system and anounced I 'm going for a fag and a drink, so if anyone wants a drink they will have to f ing well wait , I was horrified by this disgraceful behaviour. I will never, never visit this pub ever again.

Went in with a mate last week, very busy sunday on a hot day so no seating, however ordered from a poor selection of draught beers and went out the back where a fantastic Ska cover band was tearing it up. My mate got a hotdog off the barbecue, which filled a gap and the garden was full of people drinking and enjoying the music in the sunshine. Had a nice time but they werent taking cards so had to have my mate pay cash. Nice fun place but feels like it could be organised a bit better and some better draught beers on offer.

Wow- well after reading reviews and being in the area we thought we'd try it out- like folks have said don't be put off by the exterior- it doesn't look like much more than a pub but the food and the staff were amazing, huge portions lots of choice not overpriced and delicious I'd highly recommend it and suggest booking as clearly being so popular they were having to turn people away!
