Delicious waffles with amazing texture and topppings. Food is brought to your table, takes about as long as a regular sit down restaurant for food to come out. Small dining area but we did not have trouble finding a seat at 10am on a Saturday. Whipped cream was $1 extra but so worth it. The owners clearly care about their customers and the food. My first time at the Waffle Factory. Food was very good. Portion size was very good. Prices were a little high. The person behind the counter was very friendly and efficient. Our party of 3 and another party of 2 were the only customers so I don't know if they can handle busy but I will definitely be back!
