was very busy when I arrived at 2.15 clock looking for carvery was long but went quick to use. had the choice of 4 different meats to choose, and large selection of vegetables to choose. everything was hot. the meat was cooked to perfection and all veg was also perfect. it was my first visit here, but not my last. the staff was demolished by the feet, but all were very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back, I'm very full and happy in the excellent food. I would recommend that this car is worth the visit. well done to all people who have worked so hard today.
Lovely place . Front of house still has the small pub vibe. But then it opens up to quite a substantial eating area . Staff were great and quite attentetive without being in your face (that's a good thing). Food was lovely, we had a small carvery and a Calzone. And drinks. All at an excellent price . Tables were a little sticky but not enough to put us off. Would i recommend a visit... 100% yes. We are going to try the breakfast tomorrow... stay tuned
we were very pleasantly surprised by the carvery. the meat was great, I hate overdones bark, but that was exactly right and a good row of veg, nothing of it drying out or overcooked. revitalized, but good service. and the child menu was excellent. decor and environment nothing much to write home, but prices good. all in everything, excellent value.
great the inn little melton is after lockdown my wife opened and I had a takeaway carvery to lunch today! see photo! we enjoyed it! many thanks to all the workers in the village inn. back again 22ed februar 2022 lovely carvery I had not booked but found me a table staff always happy to see you
