The Village Inn

Called in for a late lunch. I don’t have a big appetite so chose something from the senior citizens menu, my husband ordered a full main course. The waitress said that she would have to ask the chef if he would do the menu for...me she said he is funny about doing it) she came back and said that, that particular menu was only available Mon-Fri, it clearly stated Mon-Sat on the menu. We ordered something else and then thought better of it. We left. There was one other table eating and one man sat nursing a pint when we left.

Visited for a late evening meal with the Mrs and as always with the Green Crab establishments could not fault the service and food. Quality did not suffer with quantity and the manager Ray was as attentive and committed to his guests as we’ve come...to expect. Corvid19 regulations we’re fully adhered to and we left with a smile on our faces having booked in for the coming Wednesday. Highly recommended!

fish and chip Friday is very good. Unfortunately, the pub was mainly occupied by very loud drinking, some of them swear loud. most of the esstic were empty so I think the owners need to decide which customers they most appreciate.

excellent meal service last night we both went the recommended bark bouruignon were so glad that we did it was delicious we can not wait to have it again ... excellent service of kate the team .. well made

Visited the village inn tonight taking advantage of the 50% off offer Mon,Tue Wed.. The food service was excellent Well worth a visit Thank you Katie Heidi
