The Turban Indian Restaurant

Last Saturday night we decided that we would like a take-away Indian meal so because of it's proximity we decided to try the Turban Restaurant once again.We ordered Chicken Korma (my grandson's favourite), Rogan josh and Palak Paneer for three adults and one child. Regrettably the food lacked that flavoursome spicy taste that Indian should have. Overall we were quite disappointed as we eat a lot of Indian food and generally love it.With an order the Turban promote that they supply free of charge a container of steamed rice and a bag of papadums. When we opened our bag there were two papadums! A battle ensured as to who was going to eat these two popular items!Sorry Turban but it was not one of our better meals so it will be a while before we return.

Best butter chicken I ever had in years. Peshwari naan is our all time favorite. Delicious even eaten on its own. We were treated with smiles and great service from the owner and manager. Catered to the mess my little ones made. The lamb curry was so smooth and mouth watering. My mouth is watering now thinking about all of it

We really enjoyed the food here, had vegetarian. So decided we'll take 14 friends to enjoy the buffet. I believe "the goat curry" was enjoyed by other non veg guests...so I'm sure our guests will enjoy the food on the night, in late November. Looking forward to then.

have been to the Turban many times over the years and continue to be drawn back time and time again. Food quality is great but a tad boring and the price is good as is the service.

You can never go far wrong with the Turban, they consistently produce good quality Indian food. Wait staff are always friendly and are great with children. Highly recommended
