excellent meal! we ordered the BBQ flat cake as an appetizer; then I had the 3 cheese soup that was incredible! my wife ordered the beef bake, which was very tasty tender, like a top roast. prime rib for me. excellent. we would definitely recommend y the timbers to everyone. it was a bit loud, and somewhere should say that the restaurant is in a casino.
we wanted to go for their advertised prime rib and lobster. it was perfect. the cocktails and wine selection super. was happy to see our waiter.
good value for money. rustic ambiente. Eating was very good, but not excellent. service was excellent.
