The Smugglers - Table reservation

my friend and I went past this place after a boat trip in ilfracombe and it immediately caught my attention! we didn't go in as soon as we wanted to explore and check the opposite first before we decided where we were eating and we ended here! I love the ambiente and how they decided the interior design from sofa to tables and these hanging things! also the combination of colors! feels like you are in Pirates Square! eating was good and not expensive for a tourist place! service was ok, one of the ladies was really nice and one was not. I'm looking forward to tasting your praise next time!

Very busy. I had to wait for a table, but then so did all those who came in after me. Slow getting my food but it was worth waiting for. I just had Surf and Turf. Steak was medium rare as I had requested and the six or so garlic prawns were excellent with it. I would go back but I am only here one night.

nice eating, right at the inner harbour. can be very busy here so that the personal can call their mobile number if a place is available, please stay close, because there is an excellent small restaurant with a varied menu, very worth the wait. also the employees are friendly service excellent.

Me and my family have been visiting here on trips to Ilfracombe for close to 40 years. It feels the same now as it did back then. We love it for that. The food is delicious with plenty of choice and the staff are all excellent. See you next year.

we had no reservation, so we had to wait 40 minutes on our table, but it is worth it. beautiful romantic place with delicious food and good portions.
