The Shack - Table reservation

The Shack was a wonderful experience for the four of us. After a beautiful scenic ride, we landed at a crossroad where The Shack is located. We started the affair with Margarita drinks. Shortly after tasting the box Margarita we asked for an immediate exchange for the homemade Sangria, delicious by the way! We order Baked Clams, Fish Reuben, Jumbo Shrimp, and Fried Clams. The baked clams were excellent. Seasoned to perfection by maintaining a crisp topping, but still a moist and soft interior. The fish Reuben was a little confusing, we expected a combination of corn beef and fish, but that was not the case. Still, the taste was on point. The Jumbo Shrimp was excellent and the Fried Clams, were the best I ever had. I recommend this venue. The shabby look is appropriate for The Shack! The parking is limited, but it does not take long to get your food.

Love The Shack ! The staff are like family, the food is fresh and delicious and they are dog friendly. Holly (our cairn) gets her ice water before us, this is an outdoor establishment so watch the weather. From the day they open for business until the last day, you 'll find us here on weekends. Treat yourself to a fresh lobster roll, or the juiciest burger around, you won 't be sorry. Tiki Bar included! FYI-casual

I grew up in Northport and I had moved to Nebraska. The last time I was at the shack was the early 70s. Happy to see it still there. It was ironic the the music that was playing was from the the early 70s.

First time there. Food and drinks were excellent. Nice atmosphere as well.
