The Racing Greyhound

loves this pub very locally for me and easily accessible. parking was almost entirely happy to find a free space. book a table for 6 people (family) and met in the parking lot. pub was very busy, function room booked and sounds heard by happy children. looked at our table and was immediately supervised by the friendly and caring staff. atmosphere is always friendly here and they are made to feel welcome immediately. order drinks and ditches served at a reasonable waiting time. the food was well presented and well lubricated. general servings both dinners and gloomy . children's playground was clean and safe . nice afternoon spent here with family not for one here. kovid rules applied handsanitary everywhere. one I must mention, the tikka malsa is not what I expected it was tasteless and served with the wrong rice. aldis own frozen curry tops of racing greyhound version. I'm sorry, but bland.

the nice staff put us in, although they were extremely busy. understand why they need to book. hearty meals with fresh vegetables and lots of everything. maybe a starter and a pudding next time, the puddings were missed by full teemies; next time we'll be ready. enjoy this beautiful pub restaurant, just remember to book.

great food, very well presented and good value for money. as good as it looked. had lunch here and was very satisfied every step of the way. Great that it also has the outside area with some play equipment was great to let my daughter entertain while eating was cooked. in any case will be for more.

Amazing food and happy, friendly staff. Although we weren 't locals wish we were! we felt welcomed and were well looked after. Thank-you. It was lovely that some staff remembered my friend 's father who lived close by who recently passed away. RIP Ken. Orange Juice Man !
