we had a nice evening on Saturday night. it was the evening of the euro finals, so the pub was quite quiet. rana was on the hand to check that everything was good, but he did not need any care because we were very well looked after by josh, the excellent service all night. eating was great, piping hot and my group of 10 were well impressed. beautiful hauch of rana to give my wife a bottle of wine, and also a free sweet to celebrate her birthday. we're coming back. large gluten-free options.
three of us went to lunch, not to realize that the pub had changed the hands. we were hit at the door of rana, which made sure that we were sitting in our area of choice and that we received a good service. the facility is now restaurant with table service for eating and drinking and the staff are friendly and efficient. the new owners have so far retained the old menu and continue to offer good quality fresh food. good experience all around and look forward to our next visit.
while we were a week away from home, we sung at the queen’s head what we know well, and it has recently changed the hands. we had three meals there during the week and there was a good choice to choose from each time. the manager rana was at the door to welcome us every time and he was very attentive during our visit. it was all a very good value for money with the choice of « retired meals » if necessary. we recommend it very much.
the pub was recently taken over and we really like the changes they have made so far! we thought to be a family dinner trying out the new menu items. Once we came in, we were met with a warm welcome, and that continued during the meal. the food was excellent, surprised us how beautiful it was and it cost us just £50 for 4 people!
