We were greated by a big smile by the lovely lady that served us our drinks. The lovely lady chef also had a huge smile and was really chatty, sorry ladies we did not get your names. We all had the Carvery and we all agreed it was really delicious. Silvia was absolutely delightful asked us if everything was perfect because Silvia said I want everything to be perfect for you. Wow never ever had any server say that to us before anywhere perfect customer relations. Silvia was so delightful and charming and even took a photo for us even though she was really busy. Would I recommend this restaurant obviously due to the perfectly cooked and served food and really reasonably priced. The perfect service we had from all three ladies and the perfect afternoon we all had. Thank you from table 32.
Really enjoyed my carvery was greeted by Kezz who was serving. Was very friendly and was happy to take the time and chat to us. Yorkys were massive much to my 3 year olds delight.
the old royal oak is removed from a beautiful canal. it offers a wide range of foods under the hungry horse brand. good value for money and good service
Came in with the family for dinner was really nice and so was the staff especially kezz who served us very friendly and polite
