celebrate my 50th fabulous birthday in style in the new la neve’s bankquet hall. rosetta room, fantastic buffet, the chef knocked it out of the park. friendly waiting staff, music and entertainment. within minutes with the contacting yolanda she called me back and created a custom party package and quoted me a price that she honored at the end, although they were here and there altering to my gunsten. during the few months of planning she was so attentive, patient, friendly and understanding. their ideas and tips from their experience really helped us plan. we could visit the room whenever we wanted to see our planning and we had the freedom to redesign the table settings for our desires and to use the waiting staff without any problems. when we visited, we were offered drinks while we were standing up. the rooms speak for themselves. modern, marble floors, huge crystal chandelier, waterfall room. beautiful and updated brand new bathroom, lots of parking space and much more. Just when I gave up on the entertainment I wanted, yolanda went out of her to find me the 8-foot dancing robot for la hora loca entertainment, which was my only wish. our guests are still running over it. it came true! la neve felt like family, no firm place with strict rules. we really felt like I went there with a friend in yolanda. alex ketia solis
I've been blown away. yolanda is a nice and happy person. I have never experienced living in my life to give a call to a business, not to pick up the business, but to call me back when I call my missed call briefly. I was speechless! To reach this level of customer service, is not to be found in these days? When I asked her about the place, she told me everything I had to know quickly and very detailed. this is the place where they organize their event especially for those who do what and/or never organize a party at a venue, before and do not want to overpay. the service, eating, the decoration presentation and attention was excellent! the high-time planner katherine was amazing, she surpassed our expectations. If there was one more star, I would give them six! highly recommended! do not let the situation fool them, the owners who lead this place are such people person and try their best to save them money.
Yolanda and her staff was incredible the night of my event they did so much and made my event a success. From the beautiful place to the unbelievable service and the food was delicious. I am so grateful for Yolanda and I recommend everyone to have their events her at the New La Neve’s. If you are looking to have a great event with the best help then Yolanda is the one you need to see. She goes over everything with you and makes sure your event is 100% beautifulThank you so much for making my event wonderful.
I had my book start birthday dinner party on februar 5,2022! everything I asked was excellent! from beginning to end was the service top notch and left nothing to wish. I'm sure I'll use this place again. many thanks to yolanda
