I recive bad customer service as waitress hard put my drink on the table and not checked I would, although I 18 and my friends also receive bad customer service, this is for personal reasons, since one of the waiters is my ex. then, by “bad attitude” each apologised to get rid of me. I went to spend time with my friends, not in petty business I don’t think that I should have been served something different to any other customer, as I did not even notice that she was working then advanced, by a coworker “f*ck off you fat c*nt” while she went into her work, which is very unprofessional going to raise a formal complaining situation the management was obviously involved in

very animated pub, but don't let it go. our eating and drinking came surprisingly fast. cannot complain about the service or eating. we were not rushed in the least. I noticed while we eat, the whole staff was busy cleaning and double cleaning of all tables. the pub is excellent, good staff and good food. very good for the whole family, or just couples. we will be worth a visit when they are shopping in sutton

kicked two people with impediments, said they could not order food, they were told to finish their drinks and go. the two men with impediments were shocked and yet polite and left. I wouldn't recommend this pub to anyone with an impediment. after the other reviews that indicate bad service and behavior, I would not expect much change. I wouldn't pass them to clear the camera shot!

typical of the brand, cheap beer and cheap eating. fine, average food with the usual limited, obvious decisions. but it is what it is, cheap burger, chips and beer perfect for a day at football
