Food was really good but took over an hour to actually be served our food. Had to ask after 45 mins where it was. It was busy but some acknowledgment of having to wait would be good. After ordering one drink when we first sat down we weren’t once asked if we would like anymore drinks. Sat with empty glasses for about 30 mins. When we went to pay they did take the drinks off the bill but by then we were pretty annoyed by then, it was at least a gesture of goodwill. Might I suggest offering some bread or olives if they know you are waiting and at least proactive acknowledgment of the meals being delayed (was blamed on a large group), and at the very least being looked after with drinks. Looking around we were not the only ones waiting ages. We had specifically booked in early 615 so we didn’t miss the rugby kick off.
