I ordered a round of 4 peroni’s and the following day I noticed that I was charged £66.20 for them! I have tried to contact the load several times by email and phone, but they do not respond. not only this shocking customer service, it starts as more conscious theft. I understand that key errors can happen, but they should be better careful to solve them when they are identified!
Came here last week for a beer before the game. Fantastic welcoming staff and lovely clean place. The landlord Alex is a true gem. Husband lost driving licence and Alex tracked him down the next day to arrange returning it. His team are the nicest,...friendliest, customer orientatwd team, and were so welcoming. Would recommend this place to everyone !
Food was nice however service was rubbish and no communication was even acknowledged by staff nor was any effort made to make us feel comfortable or invited
Pizza somehow smelt like wet paint! Obviously did not taste good. Wife was leathered and still didn't eat it! Service was weird as well.
