The Knife Hallandale

Unfortunately the quality of the food was just not there. I can’t knock the service because I know what it is to be short staff, but I did find it weird that the “managers/supervisors” did do table touches to other guest that had purchased wines and other alcohol, but not all of them. Definitely need to level up the food at this place. I ordered a filet and the waiter said 20 min cooked medium. I understood because of the restraints but after about 40 min and pretty much done I got the filet brought. One was cooked rare and the other well done. Overall not a great experience and to be honest in the back of my mind I get it. Things have changed, but if you can’t handle the volume better to be closed than opened.

I have my 60 tonight. Birthday dinner with my husband and my sons and had a fabulous time! The food is fantastic, with an incredible selection of fresh meat, atmosphere is very beautiful and seating is comfortable. The service is perfect. The staff accepts every need. The singing drums of Tambourines to celebrate my special day added a special note. Thank you. You made our last dinner in Florida perfect.
