We paid $658 $705 after taxes and fees for the waterview bungalow for one night. It was as simple as the listing was on Hotels.com: double bed, bathroom, waterview . No amenities. Not even a microwave or cooler. No place to hang clothes.. unlessyou count the hooks in the bathroom. There is one dresser with shallow shelves. No chair. Just a double bed, bathroom, and a TV.The TV wasn 't set up either. Took us a while to turn it on and set up the remote batteries were put in wrong . No hairdryereither. The restaurant opens after 5pm so you have tp look for your own breakfast and lunch. There is only one cafe in townthat 's 2 min away for brunch so the line is endless.. We wished there was at least a coffee machine in the room. Beautifulinteriorw.. lovely benches and chairs.. view outside of room.. deck with water and a bridge that you can drive across to thebeach..where you have to pay $30 to park or walk 20-30min there for free. The Inn Spot is still waiting for their beach permitfor guests... and also has no reception desk so like us, many guests also walked into the restaurant with their luggagesconfused. The desk number rings with no answer. Celia is the one who called us back after we called their sister company EPMarine. We did not receive any check-in instructions via text which would have been helpful. Sergio, who worked at therestaurant ? was kind enough to let us into our room. It seemed like the place had just reopened..and it needed to be moreorganized.. this experience was probably worth around $300.. not $700.

We went to the Inn Spot for Christmas 2018. It was the first Christmas without my mom and I wanted to do something else for my dad and three kids. Dinner was exceptional for all 5 of us. (My husband had fever and could not join us). I agreed a lot about the food to my husband and my dad that it was excellent and worth the 50-minute drive. Only the three of us dared here on Christmas Day 2019 and for various reasons disappointed. Service is excellent. Location is beautiful. Dad said the geese wasn't as good as last year. It was “grass and dry”. The filling for my turkey dinner had in it pieces of bread and did not seem thoroughly flavored or completely mixed. The waiter had told my husband that an Ingwerbread-Chiffon-Dessert was actually a piece of Ingwerbread and not Ingwerbread seasoned mousse. He enjoyed the mousses, but we were confused about the description that when we asked. Nice ambience. Nice place. Felt bad that I hyped it on the basis of 5 perfect meals last year. Excellent size components. Beautiful aromas. Appropriate price.

Have always enjoyed every meal at The Inn . Food, excellent; staff, the best-friendly, accommodating; location, none better, right on the water with a view of the Bay. Currently having theme night on Friday. Last night Spain. I was off to Spain without leaving Long Island. Enjoy all seafood dishes-ice cream the best ever. A MUST.

As always, The Inn Spot never fails. It was the beginning of their international festival that they made in the winter months. They opened with a French menu: delicious, hearty onion soup, followed by beef bourgoninn and then a divine baba au rhum and panda cotta with a hard, burning sugar crust...yummy!
