John your pub used to be fantastic , the bar appears still to be but the restaurant supervisor was just rude and unwelcoming with two young children she refused a table for a high chair expecting a two year old to sit at the back right high table, we was told the low tables where reserved for wheelchair users (all three of them) we explained we booked a high chair and was told very abruptly that no the system booked the table and can’t be changed , having moved tables before that’s nonsense and then told to wait until another table waited 15 minutes two two hungry young children and not called , again went in was rudely spoken too and heard the supervisor say to a table leaving ‘don’t rush’ , no second drinks order like the tables around us no dessert requests , no asking how the meal was like the table around us You went to a great school in Manchester from memory and have great manners not sure what happened to your supervisor today Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Dog friendly but it seems forced upon them. The dogs are allowed in one room but have to stay on the concrete slab floor and the staff don't seem happy to have dogs in. They have beds but the beds absolutely STINK. I ended up putting my jacket on the floor for our dog. The food was OK but the roast was a small, fancy portion and an hour or so later my other half was hungry again. Service: 4 Location: 5

Hatton Arms nice little country pub with a really good choice of food would recommend the Sunday roast sharing plate definitely enough food for two people Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Kid-friendly
