My brother and I decided to have The Habit for dinner on our way home from the supply; I mobile ordered my food on the way while he ordered through the kiosk, inside when we came there. Almost 45 minutes pass and I finally get my order, after the first question on arrival, if my food was there. My order ended cold with missing commandments; My brother had to wait another hour or so before he found out that someone took his order and therefore left him with nothing. To compensate, the workers give him the pommes he wanted, but they did not go on to make him another burger/sandwich, because that would take too long. In addition, when he asked for a well-deserved refund, he only got two vouchers for free burgers - no money back at all. Overall, please don't waste time here. I am usually one to give the advantage of doubt in such places, but since I went here once to get meals that were hardly busy and still have to wait 30 minutes, I don't know why I decided yesterday to come here. I understand that it is busy or they are behind; Workers have blown and rushed so that I was the most patient. But if you come near an hour and a half with several new customers and go before us with their food, it was really dark when we left and not when we arrived), something was wrong in managing the place.
