at the beginning I had a special from the table bowl on cuvettes, garlic, thymian and blackbean butter. that was my favorite court of the night. the other starter was garnel cocktail with puy lenses, estragon and limette. I then had filet made of gray sole with cap and dill cream and chips baked.
