The Establishment

The food is decent. I am judging the meal we had while also keeping in mind that we got delivery (can't expect everything to taste fresh and perfect with delivery). I found the menu to be kind of boring in terms of offerings- it's standard bar/pub food, but it's pretty good! I ordered Mac and cheese and a Caesar salad. The salad was great, fresh and crispy. The Mac and cheese was decent, but there was SO much garlic in the cheese sauce that it tasted more or garlic butter noodles, and I love garlic... it was just way too much here. My husband ordered the chicken parm and he said the chicken was delicious and cooked perfectly, but there was no where near enough sauce to cover both the pasta and chicken, so it ended up being a little dry.Overall, it's 3.5 stars. Everything was solid, but the minor issues with the dishes and the lack of anything genuinely exciting on the menu kept me from giving a higher rating. I do think it's a good place to go for standard pub food and a beer.

Visited this restaurant for a late lunch early dinner. We were seated in the dining room with a nice view of Stony Brook. Our waitress Jean took our drink order. I had the Red Sangria, which took a little long to arrive and was a bit weak. We started off with Cauliflower Bits with Boom Boom and Thai Chili Sauce on the side. Jean followed up to make sure we liked the sauces we had chosen. Next, we ordered Salmon Florentine w house salad and Caesar Salad w Turkey tips. I also ordered Spiked Cherry Limeade cocktail which was great. The house Salad was delivered before the entrée as requested but did not have a chance to finish the salad before the Salmon arrived. Caesar Salad was large with 4 large Grilled Turkey tips. Food from the kitchen is delivered by food runners not your waiter or waitress which may result in the entrée being deliver before your previous course salad is finished. This restaurant has plenty of parking, definitely worth the drive to this restaurant.

Ordered delivery from here a couple times and the food has been great. Steak tips are our go to but recently had their Buffalo chicken dip as an appetizer and it was delicious! Will be going here to dine in very soon!Food: 5/5

Had a family function. Food was decent, drinks reasonably priced. We will try the restaurant. Cute old Mill atmosphere and look.Food: 3/5
